Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate to those who are formally invited. The names will be listed on your specific invitation. Your guest is more than welcome however, to travel with you & if extra space arises we will notify guests. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be outside?

Yes! We are so fortunate to have the most incredible venue in the world, therefore, if weather permits, all wedding events will take place outside. The weather in Tuscany varies around this time of year, from 60s- low 80's, so please monitor the weather in case you want to bring a light shawl or jacket for night. Ladies, there is tons of grass & cobblestone on the property so plan your shoes accordingly :)

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

With venue size restrictions in place & to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and fun, we have decided to make this a child free wedding and reception. We hope you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

What day should we arrive in Italy?

The choice is yours! If you’re able to, we would recommend arriving in Italy a day or two in advance so you can experience all Florence, Siena, and Tuscany have to offer. The first wedding event will take place on Monday, September 14.

For guests staying at the villa, when should we arrive and depart?

For guests staying at the villa, check in is at 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday, September 14, 2026. Check out is on Thursday, September 17, 2026 by 10:00 am.

Are there any travel or passport restrictions we should be aware of?

Guests should make sure their passports are valid for at least 3 months (preferably at least 6 months) from the date you plan to leave Italy/the EU. If your passport expires before this 3-month window, you will not be allowed to enter the country.

What airport should we fly into?

We would recommend flying into Florence Airport (FLR), since it is closest to where the wedding festivities will be held (approximately one hour away). However, there are more direct flights from the US to Rome, so if you’re able to add an extra day to your trip, we would recommend flying into Rome. If you’re traveling to the wedding from other areas of Europe, you can also fly into Pisa airport (a 1.5 hour train ride from Siena) or Bologna airport (a 2.5 hour train ride from Siena).
